"A First-Step Toward Personal
Fulfillment"

Section 1 / Section 3 /
Section 4 / Section 5 / Section 6/ Top/ Bottom
INTRODUCTION:
You can accomplish a great deal more in life than you
probably think or believe! When we are out of balance
(or incomplete) in various areas of our lives, we feel blocked from God (or "The
Universe", if you prefer), ourselves, and others around us. Consequently, we
frequently cannot and do not experience the satisfaction of achieving our goals and
enjoying life to the fullest. Our personal creativity may even turn negative as we envy
and blame others around us, inwardly harbor anger and resentments, and perhaps even abuse
or sabotage our own well-being.
The Personal Inventory Assessment Program (PIAP)
consists of 120 items, 20 in each of six different areas. When completed (i.e., when you
can check-off all of these items), you will have progressed substantially in gaining a new
reality of balance in your life and work, and will enter into the place of enjoying life
more abundantly and intentionally!
"I came that they may have
life, and have it abundantly."
- Jesus of Nazareth, John 10:10b, RSV
This is the Assessment I utilize as the basis for
constructing Personal Life-Maps with my coaching clients. Each question can be
simply answered True or False. Check each question that is true for you most of the time.
Be honest with yourself. This is your life here. No one else is going to see your answers
(you even get to score your own Personal Inventory Assessment Program!) However, you will
probably want to share the results with your own personal Coach or Mentor. If you choose
to give any dishonest answers the only one you will be fooling is yourself. So just
lighten up, have some fun with this!
After you have answered all the questions, add up
the number of items designated as being "True" for you in each section, i.e. the
one's that you have checked as being "complete" for you at this stage of the
life path! Then enter your total score for each section (below), and begin working towards
giving your "delighted attention" to those areas of life you have been ignoring,
or even avoiding (your professional Coach
or Mentor can and will be of tremendous help in accomplishing this). Congratulate
yourself for resolving to do take this first step toward attaining
a genuine sense of balance and fulfillment in
life - you deserve it! Now take a deep breath ...
and let's begin!
Personal Inventory Assessment Program (PIAP)
Remember to fill the circle before each item only
if it
is True for you most of the time (or if you truly believe the item will never apply
to you). Don't be compulsive here. Just answer each item truthfully and not what you think
you "should" be doing. This is to help you gain clarity and perspective in life.
